Giambattista Valli Haute Couture Spring 2016
Pink tulle, confection adorned skirts, puff sleeves, high-low babydoll dresses…it looked like the models at Giambattista Valli’s latest Couture collection walked straight out of the dreams of little girls playing dress up.
Evoking the spirit of a delicate youth, the pieces were sweet, feminine, elegant and playful. There was nothing restrictive about this collection. Minis took center stage and even when length was added, a high-low skirt was favored –giving an abundance of the leg show that Valli’s creations are known for.
Fans of Valli’s frothy colors will also not be disappointed.
