Zara menswear inspired wool coat
We don’t really get a chance to wear full on coats in L.A but it doesn’t mean we can’t dream. On the off day what we get that incredibly cold 65 degree air blasting in our direction, all bets are off and the coats and possibly even furs are coming out. The first time I laid eyes on this masculine inspired dream wool coat, my mouth went dry and I knew there was no way I walking out without it. (Thanks again Zara. I can always count on you for an intense “should I or shouldn’t I but I really know I’m going to” mental conversation.)
So, I said yes to this beauty and counted down the days till I could drape it over a chunky sweater. That day came and yes, it was all I could have imagined. Coming from a girl who has never met a masculine inspired piece she hasn’t fallen in love with, the cut and length of this coat are absolute perfection. The touch of gray under the collar makes keeping it popped up a pre-requisite. I really don’t think I could see myself in anything else for a while…
Update: ASOS is having a sale, I may have found another love. I’ll post photos when I get a chance.
